Philip H. Hecht is a commercial litigator and counselor who regularly represents corporate and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes across the country.  After spending more than 33 years in prominent Washington, DC law firms, Phil opened his own firm to offer his expertise and experience to clients more efficiently and at a substantially lower cost.

Phil is proud to have devoted more than 25 years to helping homeless and at-risk families secure safe and affordable housing through his pro bono service to Transitional Housing Corporation, a Washington, DC non-profit housing provider.  Phil has hands-on experience with affordable housing development and related finance and regulatory issues.
